                              RESOLUTION NO. 20785
                 
                 
                 A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE MISSIONARY RIDGE 
                 SCHOOL SITE AS SURPLUS PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING 
                 THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GENERAL SERVICES 
                 DEPARTMENT TO NEGOTIATE THE SALE OF THE 
                 MISSIONARY RIDGE SITE TO THE BRAGG PARTNERS.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Missionary Ridge School site be 
       and is hereby declared to be surplus property and that the 
       Administrator of the General Services Department be and is hereby 
       authorized to negotiate the sale of the site to the Bragg 
       Partners for not less than $160,000.
